Volunteer Sign Up Report


To create a Volunteer sign up report:

  • Under REPORTS, select Volunteer sign ups. 
  • Select the Program for which you would like to see registered volunteers, then click on the REFRESH button. Depending on the amount of volunteers, this report may take a few minutes to download.
  • To make changes to the report, refer to the picture and table below.

Delete Use this button to remove a volunteer from the report.
 2  Select If left blank, all the registered volunteers are shown.  When sending an email, use this button to select all or individual volunteers to receive it.
 3 Edit This button allows an Admin to manually make changes to a volunteer's sign up.  This is helpful when changes are needed to either a volunteer's status.  From this location a volunteer's for program and or position can be changed.
 4  Date Reflects the date the volunteer registered for this position on the website.
 5 Save Changes Press this button to save any changes made to this screen.
 6 Download spreadsheet A report will be generated with all the items seen on the screen.
 7 Send email An email will be sent to all users that have a check in the Select column.
