WA pta membership database is moved to GiveBacks and PTA need to use GiveBacks to report memberships. https://www.wastatepta.org/givebacks/

Good thing is GiveBacks support bulk membership upload with .csv file. What you need to do is setup "Student" and "Parent/Guardian" member type in GiveBacks, and download the csv from OSP and upload to GiveBacks. You can find details here. We also strongly recommend every PTA to explore GiveBacks’ features and consider transitioning entirely if it aligns with their needs.

As part of the WA PTA and GiveBacks deals, WA PTAs can benefit from GiveBacks, which offers a rich feature set beyond what OSP provides. GiveBacks includes features like auctions, free newsletters (unlimited emails without the $70 OSP cost), and automatic cashback for PTAs during shopping or dining. Their percent pricing model involves a higher percentage cut of online transactions, potentially making it more cost-effective than the $120 OSP cost for PTAs with fewer online transactions. Also GiveBacks is already serving many nonprofits and well stuffed to evolve with new features and provide customer supports.

One feature GiveBacks currently missing to our knowledge is real custom domain mapping, that you can config apollopta.org to redirect to apollopta.givebacks.com, but cannot directly show content under apollopta.org. It will be easy for GiveBacks to fill this gap we think. 

Every PTA should already (or will) have an onboarding session with GiveBacks. We strongly recommend every PTA to explore GiveBacks’ features and consider transitioning entirely if it aligns with their needs.

We are committed and will continue to support every PTA on OSP. However OSP do only have very limited resource and will only be able to do maintenance and won't be able to deliver new features.
