Avoid using tables and fixed width images. For Images and Videos, manually add css style="max-width: 100%;" so that it will not overflow/stretch out in mobile mode.

Last resort, each page can have a dedicated version for mobile. The CustomHeader and CustomFooter can have dedicated mobile version as well.
